- Recharge & Bill Payments: All recharge transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Ensure correct details before proceeding.
- PAN Card Services: We process PAN applications through authorized government agencies. Processing time may vary.
4 Payment & Charges
- Users must pay applicable fees for services as displayed on our platform.
- All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided unless specified in our Refund Policy.
5 User Responsibilities

- Any fraudulent activity or misuse of our services will lead to legal action.

6 Limitation of Liability

Data Retention Period:
- AEPS, Money Transfer, and Recharge Data: Retained for 5 years (as per legal requirements).
- PAN Card Application Data: Retained for 2 years.
- Customer Support & Contact Data: Retained for 1 year.
Data Deletion Requests: Users can request data deletion in compliance with legal regulations.
